HI EVERYONE!
The first thing I want to do is introduce you (just in case you haven't met her) to Susan Young. Anyone who does CVR's D.E. events or attended our Charity Auction has already met Susan and knows how enthusiastic she is. She will be a wonderful addition to the Club Race Committee. Susan will be taking over as Volunteer Coordinator this year with me working as her assistant.

Amazingly, this year's Club Race is only ELEVEN weeks away!! So please consider this your official invitation to participate as volunteers to help in making this another fabulous event. The dates this year are Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26.

There is an Advanced DE on Thursday, April 24 (for White, Black & Red Run Group drivers), and although volunteers are not needed for that day you are welcome to come and watch.

In an effort to have a really smooth-running race weekend this year, Susan and I have been asked to try to fill all or most of the volunteer positions with members who are able to work both days (but if you can't work both days, please still send in your name as a volunteer and let us know which day you are available - We'll probably have some one-day slots open and we'll do our best to accommodate everyone).

As in the past, please submit all your current info (address, email, cell phone #, preferred volunteer position, etc.) for our records. And, if you know of someone who has volunteered in the past but has changed their email address or some other PCA member who might make a great volunteer, please forward this to them as well.
