The 20th of each month for the issue coming out 2 months later.

At the annual Porsche Parade, PCA holds a competition to judge the region's newsletters. CVR and 12 other Regions make up Class 5 which includes all regions with 650 or more members. The Best Overall Winner receives the Paul R. Heinmiller Award. Below is a summary of the awards that CHALLENGE has received in recent years:
